The house was beautiful, the backyard was also great very cozy and welcoming. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly, very nice.

The hottub was drained when we were there so that was a bummer.

The room that sleeps 8 was a bit crowded. Maybe put one of those bunk beds in a different room?

"The property itself was lovely but getting in was very frustrating to say the least."

I did not receive the welcome packet in advance of my stay. I had to make several phone calls over the course of the day we were to check in and still did not receive the packet. Once at the property, it took an hour and a half to get the door code to be able to access the property.
