Kalyves Pearl apartments by the sea

Great apartment, local to all facilities and beach. Spacious for 2 people and a nice garden. Also we were adopted by a cat for our visit. Very nice feline company.

All good but a window in the front lounge would give more natural light.

We rented the holiday home for one month this summer and we were really happy with everything. The price versus what you get is really fair. The place is recently renovated and in a greater location just across the street from the beach. It is much bigger then it looks in the pictures and the outside terrace is great for breakfast and dinner. The collaboration with Rania was excellent. She is such a pleasant and positive person. She welcomed us with sweets and toys for our kids which was unexpected and a very nice surprise. Always available to answer us. She tried really hard to help my husband get a better internet connection so he could work from the location. Unfortunately it was very difficult to accomplish so we found a different solution. Overall we had a really nice experience with Rania and the place was a really good deal for the money. There is a very nice coffee just across the street. The first half of the day is a cafe and the second half is a wine place. We went there every morning for coffee and we made friends with the staff. Such a nice experience!

I would only advise the owner to invest in changing the windows facing the street. They are old windows that don't isolate the noise at all l. Our 1 year old woke up a lot during night because of cars or other noises. Would also be good to install a washing machine if possible. We had an arrangement with Rania to take our laundry to a laundry place for free which worked ok but would have been much nicer to have a laundry machine at the accommodation. However I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place again!

The location is ideal. It is on a main road a short walk up a slight slope from nearby facilities. It is on a bend near a junction and after this both roads get a lot steeper so handy if you have difficulty walking. There is room to drop suitcases from the car and we opted to park the car less than 50 metres away in what is a communal car park. You are less than 150 metres from the beach with the attendant snack bars, sun loungers and umbrella for a reimbursable fee if you purchase something. The accommodation has been totally revamped and my wife reckons if she were widowed she could quite comfortably live there on her own! There is a shaded South facing veranda to the rear (shared) which is a pleasant place to have breakfast.
