"Mangelnde Transparenz bei der Buchung/Täuschung"

Die Lage is Ok

Ich reise regelmäßig beruflich und verlange immer eine Rechnung für die Firma. Ich habe dies bei der Booking.com angefordert und auch den Anbieter der Wohnung danach gefragt. Wie sich herausstellt, läuft die Transaktion schwarz ab; laut Anbieter von Chanttal Luxury kann mir eine Rechnung nicht ausstellen, und Booking.com kümmert sich nicht weiter um meine Beschwerde, geschweige denn um eine Lösung. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel! Ich habe den Genius-3-Status und werde wegen dieser Täuschung rechtliche Schritte einleiten!

Piacevoli: La posizione molto centrale, il fatto che fosse nuova e restaurata, calda, accogliente attrezzata, bello anche il balcone

Nulla tutto molto piacevole, unica cosa che mi sento di raccomandare di cambiare é il phon per capelli.

"War okay, für den Preis ein wenig zu teuer."

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und es war teilweise kalt. Außerdem fehlte eine dickere Bettdecke, es gab nur ein Leintuch.

The property was very clean, well organised and had everything we needed for our stay. There were little extras like a chocolate, toiletries and easy to check in instructions which made our stay great!

Mi-a placut grija fata de oaspeti. In tot ce am gasit am simtit respectul si grija de a ma simti bine, de a avea tot ce imi trebuie. M-am simtit acasa.

Poate o investitie in saltea, pe viitor? Un pic cam tare.
