CHANTTAL Luxury - UNIVERSITY

The property is perfect for a short stay in Bucharest. It’s modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you might need. The location is ideal - close to the Old Town but tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, away from the noise and music of the party area. We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our time here and wish we could have stayed longer. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bucharest!

We checked in on a Saturday and felt we had to keep messaging the host to receive the check-in instructions, as it wasn’t clear when we were supposed to get them. We had also discussed parking with the host when we booked the place a month before and were asked to confirm it again the day before arrival, which we did. However, on the day, we were told that the parking space was no longer available, as it had been given to someone else just two hours earlier. That was quite disappointing, especially since we had arranged to keep the space free a month in advance. It felt like guests arriving that day were given priority instead. We were advised to park at an underground garage nearby, which wasn’t ideal - particularly since the directions weren’t clear on the maps and we were new to Bucharest.

The property was clean, modern and looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect; close to everything.

The property owner did not send me the code to the lockbox and so my husband and I were stuck outside of the building. I was lucky that I met someone who called them and told them to send it to me. After traveling a long way, and not knowing the language, it was very frustrating. The property owner also never checked to make sure that everything was fine.

Abbiamo avuto problemi fin dal check-in, le indicazioni di accesso che ci avevano fornito non erano per l'appartamento prenotato e avevano fornito le nostre indicazione a qualcun altro che avrebbe potuto entrare in appartamento prima di noi! Comunicazione poco chiara... inoltre, una volta entrati ci siamo accorti della poca pulizia, abbiamo avvisato l'host dei vari problemi e ci è stato detto che per il prezzo pagato e il soggiorno di una sola notte potevamo passare sopra a questi problemi... c'era muffa nel frigo e sul soffitto del bagno, i ricambi di lenzuola e asciugamani erano negli armadi accessibili e toccabili da chiunque soggiornasse! Abbiamo fatto presente all'host tutte queste cose, speriamo risolvano nel tempo perché l'alloggio ha grande potenziale ma è del tutto rovinato
