+spacious apartment +well equipped +secure parking +professional coffee machine

-signing a form incompatible with reality (for example I had to sign that I agree to pay extra for the damage to the jacuzzy but there is no jacuzzi in the apartment) -the lady who answered the phone to help me with check-in was rude (I apologize for daring to bother her for information but I thought she was there to help me and I can call with confidence) -very dirty oven -damaged and unsanitized dish sponge -dirty windows and doors -spider web in a corner of the bedroom To sum up, attention to details is completely lacking.
