Birkdale's Hidden Gem

Comfy bed and nice layout, nice 20/30 minute walk into Southport

Very minor issues tight on road parking and squeeze to get in shower as shower screen is to big

The location was perfect for me, 5 to 10 minutes walk from family and Birkdale village. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed so comfortable. The kitchen area and facilities are all I needed, good shower too. This really is a 'Hidden Gem' and at that price could not fault it! Many thanks Dave for a great stay!!

No cooking facility very rude host didn't even stay saw the accommodation and drove off no parking asked to get in early told to come back when wife had been in to set up room.MImimal heating got there before room set up ,bedding and pillows on the floor, if you have a shower you have to open the window, it's a garage with a bed and cupboards in .We did not stay no contact From host re why we didn't come back no offer of refund appauling

The shower has a glass panel that if you are a large lady like me it’s difficult to squeeze through it I get into the shower. The room was cold and the heating wasn’t on . No instructions on to how to turn the heating on.
