Owner never gave the correct access details so couldn’t get onto the property. Had to wait until another resident open the gate. Very loud road noise. It’s a 4 line mins road out the front and it’s very very loud. No general products like shower gel or washing machine cleaner left In the property. Was overcharged for cleaning when should have been included in the rate. Customer service non existent
