"Excellent"

Location and the pool were great. The size of the house also. The housekeeper responded very quickly and was very forthcoming.

The house is older so there are some quircks and problems but they were all solved quickly.

Even with the AC on, the main bedroom felt quite warm throughout the night.

"Good experience but next time taking a hotel"

Beautiful pool and the beds were quite comfortable. The manager was great, when we had problems and contacted him he came to help immediately. His helpfulness made this a better experience.

Two out of four rooms has a moldy sent and I am sure there is mold somewhere in those rooms. At night we can hear loud and clear the frogs outside near entrance rooms. I contacted the villa beforehand and told them that the villa has to be clean because we have people that have asthma. When we came to villa the floor had dust and outside table was full of bird poop. My room near the pool (not the room with jacuzzi, jacuzzi room smelled like mold) the bathroom smells like a sewer not very good but I think that’s because it’s the rain season in Thailand. This was my first experience of a villa and in the future I am booking a hotel.

Property is large, with beautiful seating by the pool. Location is good, a minute’s walk to the main road from where you can easily get a tuk tuk to any destination.

Late check in, in spite of being in touch with the host and informing well in advance about expected arrival time. Bathtubs in 2 of the bathrooms were cracked right in the middle and leaking. With 6 of us and a total of 3 bathrooms, there was no option but to use them at the risk of getting hurt or slipping. The host compensated with a 1000 baht discount for the late check in (of over 2 hours after 12 hours of travel), but there wasn’t even so much as an apology for the broken showers. The property does not provide basic toiletries.. the shower gel was some diluted handwashing which was also barely there.
