Lovely house in Dale, five minutes from the beach

Location excellent. Bathroom & shower lovely. Dining, cooking facilities & equipment very good. Lounge comfortable. Beds very comfortable together with bedding & towels. Great area for exploring & meal at local pub The Griffin excellent.

No information booklet about do’s, don’ts or recommendations of places to visit. Problems with working TV & handsets, no guidance leaflet. No scissors in kitchen. Bin & Toilet brush holder need to be replaced ( unsightly ). Squeaky bathroom door handle. No bedside table or light in single or twin rooms. Outdoor seating & patio area disappointing & very basic. No instruction about rubbish disposal, especially bins for recycling. Had no option but to leave it inside other than vegetable waste where there was a compost bin. Small things, but could make a huge difference.

Very clean and spacious terraced house on village estate, that has been well renovated throughout, with new looking wood laminate flooring downstairs and carpets upstairs. Two large double rooms and one single, so beds for five people. Welcome bottle of milk in the fridge and welsh cakes on the counter - thank you! Large wooden dining table in dining room to eat at. Two towels per bed place. Beds and mattresses comfortable with bright new looking bedding. Plenty of hot water. Bright large family bathroom.

Continuous issues with TV not connecting with the WiFi. Unclear about parking outside on the road - might be helpful to explain / put sign on wall indicating area to use in case neighbours take issue with parking (they didn't but looking at the number of "Private parking" signs around may be an issue??)

Location perfect. A simple house, but had everything we needed.

Perfect location close to Dale seafront. Easy to find. Quiet, clean, lovely and warm, comfortable bed, hot shower.

Poor wifi.
