ANFIELD PLACE TO STAY

Reasonably close to Anfield and good kitchen facilities.

Internet was not working as yet and no plugs on one side of the bed.

Anfield Place to Stay is perfectly located in Anfield, just a stone’s throw from Liverpool FC’s stadium. It’s an ideal base to see the many local murals that together tell the club’s rich history. Bus stops are nearby: about 15 minutes to the city centre. The airport is roughly an hour by bus with one transfer. The house itself has been recently refurbished—light, modern and spotless. Great, well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine and clear instructions), a comfortable sofa and a TV. We had an en-suite bathroom; also very clean and modern, and there was a TV in the room as well. The hosts are friendly, flexible and quick to respond. We received a very warm welcome and were immediately offered extra towels since we were staying four nights—very thoughtful. Wi-Fi is available and works well. In short: excellent stay in a top location. Highly recommended.

I never got the hostesss name. Every night there was fireworks outside. Nothing one can do about that, just good to know. Didn't bother us very much to be honest.

Anfield Place to stay is very close to Anfield, literally 7-8 mins. away from stadium. Ideal if you want to attend any game at Anfield. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Francis (host) was very helpful, provided me with all the necessary information, mainly regarding transportation to their apartmnent. I do recommend this place and hope to stay there again in future:)

The hosts are amazing, and never experienced such a wonderful hosts and hence leaving this review as I am genuinely amazed. We were greeted by the owner to also show around the property, and not just that, we were also greeted again by a family member later in the night, as we stayed there for the game, where they dropped by just to ensure the guests does not have any issues!

Everything was great

Great location for Anfield stadium, only a 7 minute walk. Francis, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy.

Replacing the white blinds that let light in with blackout blinds or a curtain would be a nice addition, especially given the early sunrise in summer.

Very clean, ideal location when seeing events at anfield stadium. Was less than 5 minute walk to venue. Few takeaways around but not great selection. Nice Mexican cafe/takeaway around 5 minutes away.

Bathroom was across the corridor from the room. Was not made clear it was only my bathroom, so appeared to be a shared bathroom not private. Would have preferred it to be made clear, on arrival, that it was private, which was not obvious due to my room being to the furthest from the bathroom. Would have also preferred some form of air conditioning or fan because the room was extremely hot, which impacted our sleep. There was also no wifi, which was inconvenient because the service in the area was not good.
