Locazione in centro bella,a piedi 20 secondi ed eri nella via principale,👍

Solo ascensore per andare al secondo piano,provato a chiamare lo staff alle 18,08,nessuna risposta,mandato un mess su WhatsApp nessuna risposta,però tutto l’insieme è stato molto bello,consiglio

La posizione, praticamente al centro di Chivasso. Il personale, disponibile e gentile. Hanno cercato di risolvere ogni mia richiesta, anche se con poco successo purtroppo.

Le coperte era leggerissime e vecchie, per una temperatura di -4 gradi esterni mi sarei aspettata delle coperte molto più pesanti, ne ho richieste un paio ma me ne è stata portata una sola e sempre leggera e sottile. Il letto dove dormiva mio figlio era molto scomodo. Hanno aperto un divano letto senza sistemare i ganci sotto e si apriva sempre, abbiamo cercato di sistemarlo da soli ma awnA successo. La televisione non funzionava. Il riscaldamento in bagno non funzionava. Parecchie cose da sistemare all'interno della stanza.

Bgiorno non sono le camere come le foto, nulla a togliere che sono calde,ma gas a induzione non funzionante quindi siamo stati costretti a mangiare fuori è prendere caffè e latte fuori..

Molte cose da ricontrollare prima che gli ospiti entrano nella camera non c'è nessuno che ti accoglie...
