The staff was very good and really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant great water pressure and the beds were decent

There was no place in the bathroom to put toiletries a simple table along the wall would have easily solve that also they brought breakfast to the room but there was one chair two queen size beds and no tables also there was no night stand between the two beds where the plug was where you can easily have a lamp or at least a place to set your phone's that are charging from the outlet below along with your eyeglasses or bottle of water no tables no surface area for belongings that make it convenient and comfortable

The hotel is very Clean. The staff gives 5 star service, beds are new and comfortable everything modern. There is a nice restaurant and cafe on rooftop it’s worth checking out. Will stay again

Maganda in the sense na bago pa yung place, but there are things that needs to be improve as they continue to accomodate travellers like us who wants to stay in a place where you can relax and feels comfortable. Hopefully they will consider that sometimes there are guest na hindi kaya or mahirapang umakyat ng hagdan since yung mga rooms po nila is nasa 3rd floor and also for added comfort not only for PWD but also for all the guest na narin. But they said that soon they will soon put up an elevator. Anyway bago palang naman sila, so I understand them for now.

I will consider that they dont have an elevator since they just starting pa naman, but it is very essential specially if yung mga kwarto is nasa 3rd floor pa, that guest has no other option but to climb stairs. Anyway aside from that, our room dont have enough chair kaya nakatayo kami habang kumakain, they serve breakfast almost 1 hour late from the time we booked. Yung hot water hindi na po masyadong mainit, we prefer na mag provide nalang sila ng heater if hindi po nila mahatid kaagad yung tubig. They give us option for breakfast pero kinaumagahan pa namin nalaman na not available na pala yung option na binigay nila, so we ended up na piliin nalang yung kung ano ang available. It is not just mura sya kaya wag mag expect ng malaki, pero kasi the conveniece of your guest na kahit mura sya, mai-provide sana para babalik at babalikan ka ng mga tao. I know na they will improve and updgrade their services, anyway this is just our experince as a family. Thank you for accommodating us!

Friendly and courteous staff. The property just opened few months ago so I do understand that they still need lots of improvement.

1. There was an incident in which the water supply was cut due to a repair? Fortunately, it was during the night so not much of a problem. 2. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and the Wifi/ net connection was an issue. I needed to constantly check my emails but I can't because the Wifi doesn't work/reach our room. 3. No telephone in the room. Hotels/accommodations really need a phone in a room. 4. No elevator at the moment but I spoke with one of the hospital staff and they verbalized that the management had ongoing plans on installing one. Please,please do prioritize this aswell. Overall, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I have been to loads of hotels but I can firmly attest that the staff in this property did extend a helping hand to us (clients) even though they are still lacking with lots of things because the property is still new in the business.
