Excellent location and view all around (surrounded by tea estates). Room size and all facilities were excellent. Owner Mr Prasanna was super helpful. Not only personally took care of all our needs and comforts including customising meals to our liking but went out of the way to provide very useful advice on nearby viewing spots, travel, road conditions, famous bakery and above all what to buy and where. His staff takes care of every comfort and provides / caters to all requests. They are always eager to see how can they make the customer's stay comfortable and memorable. Charges are very reasonable and value for money.

The property is located in a small valley surrounded by tea estates. The wooden cottages are nice, although the view of tea gardens from the windows is limited. The stay was nice - more like a home stay than a resort experience. Prasanna is a great host and guided us well on places to visit in and around Kotagiri. Food was simple and made to order , but was quite tasty.

This is a small property with limited facility. Part of the property appeared to be incomplete like the gazebo in the garden was half done, one half of the dining hall was under construction and separated by curtains.
