"Kebersihan hotel perlu dipertingkatkan. Not recommended jika isu ini tidak ditangani."

Kedudukan hotel berdekatan dengan restoran serta dalam bandar. Tiada gangguan bunyi bising.

Shower hitter tidak berfungsi, mesin pemanas air mandi tidak dapat diselaraskan. Tekanan air juga kurang. Kebersihan di bahagian tandas/ kamar mandi dibawah jangkaan, dinding kaca sangat kotor, stain jelas kelihatan. Sudah agak lama tidak dibersihkan.
