Basil At Villa

The facility itself was good. It's a in a great location. The room was pretty good. The room was kept well. The workers were friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that there weren't an iron or kettle in the room because the accommodations didn't come with breakfast. I had to asked for a kettle. I had to ask for utensils like a glass, cup and spoon to make some tea.

Spacious and clean. Great location and easy to find. We loved how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. Loved how the bathroom was located in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was that we Would have loved to have a kettle to make a cup of tea in the morning.

Considering huThe staff at Basil at Villa exceeded all my expectations and then some. They were so attentive and so helpful to my every need. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we were always safe and well. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was AMAZING. We stayed there during carnival so there was a lot going on in our rooms and they always managed to put it back together. A small Fridge was much needed for our room, but we always went to the bar for ice and one of the members of the staff often went and got bags of ice for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and see you soon!

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very updated. And the veiws were breath taking.

More furniture in the room like a couch or a lodge area by the television. The room was big enough for it.

Quiet relaxing hotel. Pleasant staff. Quick service each breakfast time. Excellent customer care from staff and special thanks to their very experienced manager Wilfred Joseph for his service.

At the moment there is no swimming pool at the hotel.

Maybe because of occupancy, but the availability for use of the bar and/or restaurant were limited (could have been better). Nevertheless, the location is ideally placed with many other opportunity for late night bars and restaurant. we will return,

Breakfast and night bar services dead. as if such services were not existed. However all was not lost, as there are many activities from the number of popular bars and restaurants in very close walking distance,

Excellent staff, friendly and providing a lot of useful information.

I didn’t find the shower gel. The is no regular TV, you need only to connect at different platform.
