I have visited this facility oin the past too! It is my Go-To place when I visit Herakleion and would strongly recommend it .

Beautiful facilities, easy to check-in, good support from staff, very comfortable beds and room

considering we had the room with the jacuzzi and we were 4 people, we thought the jacuzzi would be bigger. The pictures were slightly different and gave the impression this area would be a bit larger… anyhow, it’s not a dealbreaker, just an observation.

A very nice apartment, well fitted out in a very handy location. Good communication and very helpful staff.

Located in the very center of Heraklion, the apartment has a beautiful view of the Saint Titus Cathedral. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable and cozy rooms. Nice breakfast at the restaurant downstairs.

The breakfast was not bad, but the coffee was very poor.

For a family with children, starting breakfast at 8:30 a.m. is far too late. Although another guest who stayed at the hotel on May 8 had specifically mentioned the same issue in a review, yet when we arrived, the toilet was still leaking. We informed the staff immediately, and they said they would take care of it. However, only on the last evening did someone come to check it, and they left without fixing the problem. We had to use a leaking and smelly bathroom for three days. There was a lot of noise on Saturday night. During our three-day stay, the towels were changed and the trash bin was emptied only once.
