The property is really cute, the staff is extra kind and friendly and helpful, the view on the wave is better than at HT’s resort, the beds were comfy

The rooms are really bad isolated we really can hear the neighbors Taking a shower wets the whole room it needs a curtain or something to avoid that, or a hole to drain the water on the floor It misses a small table to put some stuff on it like phones or bags, or a mini shelf at the head of the bed for example

Our stay here was just outstanding! The place is beautiful, right on the beach, the bungalows are cute and done up very well. The food is excellent, staff and service are awesome. Breakfast is good. The vibe is fabulous. Couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay at mentawai.

Stunning views, food was good, especially the Indonesian dishes, and the staff were very welcoming and made the stay very easy. Helped with moped rental, surf advise, and general queries.

Shower wasn’t great but still worked well enough.

Location, staff and amenities. Nothing was ever a problem and the team constantly made sure everything was perfect.

Soggiorno semplicemente indimenticabile! Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni a La Belle Hollow Tree e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La nostra prima camera era splendida — direttamente sulla spiaggia, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, perfetta per godersi l’alba con il rumore delle onde in sottofondo. Durante il soggiorno c’è stata una tempesta davvero fortissima che ha causato qualche piccolo disagio, ma l’host è stato incredibilmente premuroso e disponibile: ci ha subito cambiato sistemazione, offrendoci un upgrade nella villa. E che upgrade! Uno spazio enorme, super accogliente, con piscina privata e un divano comodissimo proprio accanto alla piscina, ideale per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. L’esperienza è stata curata nei minimi dettagli e l’attenzione dell’host e dello staff ha reso tutto perfetto nonostante il maltempo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno romantico, elegante e con un tocco di magia in riva al mare! Anche il ristorante ha sempre offerto colazioni buone ed abbondanti e pranzi e cene superbe.

Grazie allo staff di La Belle Hollow Tree è stato tutto fantastico ed anche nonostante una tempesta mai vista negli ultimi anni, secondo anche gli abitanti locali, è stata una delle più belle vacanze che abbiamo mai fatto.

The setting is beautiful: clear turquoise water, a spotless beach with no garbage and no pollution. Lots of snorkelling right in front of the resort. Obvisouly also an incredible location for surfing. The whole staff was great. Excellent service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Probably the best place on this beach. Simple, peaceful, and very well run. We had a great stay.

I loved the villa, the beach, the design, the food

The staff at the restaurant was mostly (not all) not really willing to provide service. like you would sit at the table, the bar is 3 steps away, but they would not take your order at the table, even though you are the only guests, they make you get up, go to the bar and order..... it's just the attitude that was a bit disturbing. We went next door for food then, as we could not be bothered with the attitude (as did most people) - wondering if they ever wondered why everyone always goes next door. The food was actually nice in La Belle, but really the service was off putting, not caring and quit disinterested - almost on the rude side for some.
