Comfortable flat close to the beach

Everything is very well organised. The flat is clean and tidy. The owner is very supportive.

Nothing really. It’s just the wifi connection that has nothing to do with the property itself.

Valentina was super responsive and very helpful. The flat was spacious, well furnished and kitted out to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. All the small touched made a big difference. Loved the little outside space too.

Not much not to like really, the road/area was quite busy but that didn't affect the stay.

Flat was clean, exactly as described and perfect for a stay in Brighton!

Slow broadband speed

It’s like a hidden gem. You wouldn’t know it was there, but once you are inside it’s clean, lovely and spacious. With everything you need inside. The landlady Valentina was very helpful with information via the app. There was even a hidden free parking spot.

Super clean apartment with lots of little extras. The host was lovely too.

Only downside is it is slightly far out , but I wouldn't still definitely stay here again.

Really clean and had a lot of added extras, such as coffee pods for the machine, variety of teas, toiletries and lots of clean towels and flannels.

The flat was very clean and well supplied with everything you would need e.g. linens, towels, kitchen equipment. It was easy to communicate with our host who was helpful and quickly responsive to any queries. The flat had been cleverly laid out to get the most out of the space, including a small but attractive outside courtyard accessed from either bedroom. From the description it was not clear what floor the flat was on but apart from 3 or 4 steps a little beyond the front door the flat was effectively on the ground floor with no other steps to negotiate. (This might be important information for guests who may have any mobility issues). Off-street parking for one car was just around the corner

The following are not criticisms just observations/ suggestions:- We thought it would be useful to have a non-slip mat for the shower tray and a grab rail on the wall of the shower. If you’d like to watch TV we could not find freeview channels but it seemed you could log in to various apps if you had your own account e.g. Netflix We weren’t sure if the sofa was big enough if 4 people were staying, on the other hand we were past retirement age so less likely perhaps than other guests to take advantage of Brighton’s nightlife. One bedroom had a window high up between the kitchen/living room - we thought it would be a good idea to have a blind that could block out light from the living room for anyone wanting to rest/sleep when others were still up.
