GBLovely big apartment. Nice having a washing machine. Came in handy. 5 mins to the beach. Owner is carrying out up grades to the hallway. Should be nice when it is finished. No work going ahead whilst we were there
Back steps were under construction and should have had a temporary handrail on it.

GBit was spacious and well presented. Very comfortable bed and lovely towels. Parking was easy, on the main road and very close to the promenade and town centre.
Nothing, We understand it was work in progress with the painting etc so I look forward to seeing all the hard work put into this amazing holiday home when it is complete. We were not disturbed in anyway.

Property is a mid terrace and was a little difficult to spot in the dark. A cheat sheet explaining where all the switches are would have been helpful. It took me a few minutes to spot the switch for the shower.
GBGood location - 10 minute walk to Aldi on the promenade and 10 minute walk to the town centre. 5 minute walk to bus stops. Very comfy bed and good cooking facilities with an excellent shower. High standard of cleanliness and situated on the best side of Penzance.
Bathroom was quite small with a very small sink. Could have done with a teapot in the kitchen.
