Stylish One Bed Flat in Central Cheltenham

The location was easy to get into town and explore, the decor was stylish and had all the facilities needed.

The flat was on a very busy road. The place smelled damp (especially in the stairs area), and we could see where damp had been coming from the roof/ guttering. Fire alarm panel kept bleeping all night and re-tripping once silenced for 2 nights in a row, so left a night early because it was keeping us awake. With the damp and bleeping sorted, it would be a lovely place to stay.

The flat (internal) was great.

The front entrance, the main door has peeling wood and paint, in and out. Car park spaces weren’t always available. The duvet was too heavy for the summer.

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment, well furnished and comfortable.

Entrance and hall way was quite scruffy. The bathroom sink leaks from the pipes under it. Quite noisy as it was on the road side but then we do live in a very rural location.

Clean and very tastefully decorated. Private parking and proximity to town a bonus.

A bit let down by the communal spaces - peeling paint on the front door etc and on the main road but it’s a city centre flat so a reasonable compromise.
