Les hôtes sont très gentils et arrangeants ! Le monsieur parle très bien français en plus d'être guide touristique dans la région. Nous avons fait un super trek. Je recommande ! Sa femme parle très bien anglais.

The most beautiful calm and inspiring homestay outside of Sa Pa with the sweetest hosts Cha and Chi and their adorable kids. They are from the nearby village so they can tell you anything you wish to know about culture, hikes, and local customs -in English and French! Sleep in the middle of rice fields in a beautiful, brand new, tranquil little house, witness indigo dying and cross-stitching and enjoy breathtaking views without having to walk for hours. Beautiful trekking through remote villages along creeks and ricefields right at your doorstep - anything from just small walks to long hikes. Breakfast and dinner were very yummy and I could even taste some rice wine while celebrating a fulfilled day of the happy and always smiling hosts.

Just need to be aware that it is quite remote which is why it's location is one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed at.

Chi and Cha are a wonderful couple, always attentive to everything I needed. The homestay is Just 20 minutes from the town by motorbike, they help you find a motorbike taxi or take you themselves. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the trekking they arranged for me was spectacular, an experience I would 100% repeat.

Nothing, everything its perfect

Spending a night with this local family was truly unforgettable. They were so kind and welcoming, and we had the chance to experience a bit of their everyday life and culture. The couple is wonderful, and their children are adorable. We enjoyed stunning views, peaceful surroundings with animals all around, and a sweet dog who walked with us every day. It’s important to note that this is a local home, not a luxury hotel — but that’s exactly what made the experience so special and authentic.

The only thing to keep in mind is the location. Although it seems close to Sapa, the roads are mountainous and the journey can be a bit challenging. You’ll likely need to pay for a taxi or rent a scooter if you’re comfortable driving. Still, we wouldn’t change a thing — this was one of the highlights of our trip!

We spent 3 really nice days in this local home stay, a bit outside from Sapa, where we had the chance to meet Ching and Chacha, a beautiful Vietnamese couple with 2 adorable kids. They are warm and welcoming, but also knowledgeable, they know everyone around and are always ready to suggest activities in this extraordinary landscapes of the rice fields. This nice combination simply made these 3 days unforgettable. The rooms where we slept are brand new and the views from each beds are all outstanding. We went there as 4 backpackers freshly meeting and we left as 4 friends. We had so much fun together, singing karaoke with the owner, Ching, who speaks fluent English and French. But also eating all together the home made breakfasts and dinner that Chacha prepared. The only important thing to know is that cars can’t reach the house. So the best option is to take a motorbike taxi. The owners of the house can help you order a motorbike whenever you want to go to the city and at whatever time you need. Great experience. Fully recommend!!

Chacha's house is an amazing place to stay during a visit to the area of Sa Pa. The house is at the village of Y Linh Ho, several kms away from Sa Pa. You can reach it by motorbike (driven by yourself or not). The perfect place to relax and hike. Chin and Chacha are amazing hosts. You feel totally welcome from the very first minute. The bedroom is comfortable and with great views. Really recommended.
