Good location. Good communal space for a big group in one of the apartments. Nice clean towels and bedding

There was an app to download and use but it wasn’t clear how to use this and didn’t come with instructions. I was the only person out of 9 with key access, which was resolved but I had to ring the hotel and then email booking.com on the day to try and sort app links for my friends which was a pain as we were out and busy. It worked fine then but would have been useful to receive this information prior to staying.

Beautiful room but not very clean was dust on everything

No hot tub as a didn’t know a had to book certain room and the banging from upstairs was horrendous and went on till early hours of morning

The room was a nice room but there was no power to half of it, the sauna was not working, the kitchen was not working and there was no hot water for the copper bath, or shower or kitchen facilities

We received a message about the electrics followed them, still didn’t work, and then sent a message about hot water, was unable to actually get washed on the night or next morning, made the most of the room considering, but communication was terrible. Would avoid

Lovely apartment- great decor. Lovely for a girls trip away.

It was lovely other than the outdoor area was very dirty covered in moss/ bird poo- put us off sitting outside. A few chipped/ broken glasses otherwise we had a fantastic trip.
