"Helpful owner, value for money, clean & spacious house and many good restaurant nearby"

It is located on first floor of shop lot. Location in the city, many restaurant within walking distance. The hall and two rooms equipped with AC, one room with fan only. The house is very clean and neat.

Nothing, only the pillows were a bit too high for me.
