La ubicacion es buena, el baño es amplio y la cama es grande.

La habitacion no se siente limpia, las almohadas son muy incomodas,las sabanas no se ven en buen estado; el cristal de la habitacion estaba roto al igual que a tapa del bacin, viaje con mascota de servicio y no podia hacer uso de ninguna instalacion ( es de servicio) se entiende que no puedes permanecer todo el tiempo en la habitacion. a pesar de que dejamos un deposito por daños que ronda entre 2 mil y 4 mil pesos en efectivo dependiendo si dejas o no tu identificacion( esto deberia por lo menos permitirte subir al roof con tu mascota de servicio. relacion precio- calidad ok.

The room was very nice size, excellent amenities. A/C worked well. The wrap around balcony was nice even though there isn’t much of a view. The rooftop pool is nice and quiet and a great place to relax. Front staff was very helpful. Also, i had to catch a 7am flight out of Cancun and the overnight concierge was extremely efficient in getting me checked out at 5am and getting me a taxi.

The front door needs a peephole and a deadbolt lock on the inside for safety purposes. I heard noises outside my door around 3am and I couldn’t look to see what was happening without opening my front door…which is unsafe. Please consider placing peepholes on all the door and also adding an interior locking mechanism so that someone with a master key can’t just come into the room when it is occupied by a guest. The perception of safety as well as actually being safe is very important for tourists. Also, please consider including liquid bath soap in the bathrooms. It is way more convenient than bar soap.

Tamanho e comodidades do quarto, localização. Para ficar perfeito agregaria um espelho de corpo inteiro e um varal de chão.

Box sem porta, o que faz com que o banheiro fique todo molhado. Deixar 200 USD de caução.

The staff was very friendly, which is why it is so hard to give this review. The rooftop pool had stunning views and was pretty much all to yourself, because it was usually mainly empty. The staff also called us a taxi when we left which was helpful.

It was EXTREMELY DIRTY. The place had stains on everything from the sheats, to the walls, to the furniture. Everything was clearly not cleaned properly and my wife and I felt gross the entire time. The bathroom had no window or vent and it smelt horrible and was always hot, and all of the bathroom fixtures were dirty and had soap scum. We got the 2 story penthouse and the bathroom on the balcony was so dirty we were afraid to use it. We even asked for a blanket one night from the staff and they gave us one with huge brown stains and mold all over it that smelt. Litteraly everything was shockingly dirty and gross that I couldn't possibly mention everything here. Also, my wife and I just spent the last 6 months traveling through Southeast Asia and have stayed in multiple places in Mexico and this was by far below standard of anything we have ever seen as far as cleaniness standards goes. I only write this so that others do not make my mistake if they care about these things.
