Michalis apartment in the center of Chania

First of all I would mention the hosts, who reacted immediately whenever we needed help with anything. This is mostly a self service apartment, but we were welcomed with a nice handwritten letter and self produced ecological wine and raki. We were also lucky to be able to check in when we arrived, before normal check in-time. They also try to take care of the environment, and Kalliopi promted us to use the water from the tap, leaving glass bottles to put in the fridge, to cool it. We used the water from the tap, just as we do back home, and no problems with that. The apartment is new, refurbished, in an old building, not far from the old town. Air con, lift, everything worked. The bonus, of course, was the washing machine and the closeness to the bus station. We definitely wouldnt’t mind going there again.

Nothing really. A tip though. If you like sleeping late in the mornings, bring air plugs. This is of course in the middle of a city, and traffic starts early. Not that we really minded.

It was a great location for all the things we wanted to do and see in Chania

Very spacious rooms. All necessary equipment is available.

Good location close to the old town, a lot of shops, bars, restaurants around. Brand new apartment, clean, kitchen fully equipped. Great host - helpful and responsive.

Kitchen was small, equipment was quite modest, no coffee maskin for example.

excellent location 2 minutes walk from the old city. apartment very well furnished all brand new. we were with 2 children and it perfectly fitted our needs. host was very available and friendly

no parking, but free parking quiet easy to find in nearby streets. not always enough hot water in the morning.
