The road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition (even our local driver was surprised) and full of trash. When we arrived there, our names were not in their system (and the place looked so sketchy we almost hoped there was a misunderstanding and the room wasn’t there). Our local driver was able to speak with them, as the two people at the reception suddenly did not speak any English anymore, and the rooms were available. When we entered the room, the first thing we saw were someone’s flip flops in the bathroom. It took 5 minutes before it got worse: we had a look at the beds and saw a bed bug on one bed and some bed bug poop on the other.. lovely. We told the reception we would not stay there and they started saying they didn’t understand English (while laughing at us), so they called the manager/owner, who didn’t give any option besides suggesting to email Booking.com for a refund. Fast forward a couple of days, Booking.com is refunding me with credit for future bookings because the hotel did not agree to refund us. To make matters worse: there was a golden retriever puppy tied to the front door; heartbreaking, especially in that heat for a long-haired dog. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und das Frühstück ist mega lecker ! Der Besitzer macht alles was in seiner Macht steht, damit die Gäste glücklich sind. Er hat sogar einen Grillabend organisiert weil ein Gast Geburtstag hatte. In der Unterkunft gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Wasser zum nachfüllen. Die Bungalows sind schön groß und haben sogar eine eigene Küche. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen ! ☺️

Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Scooter :)

Vi hade en helt underbar tid på Tahlia’s Villa. Personalen var oerhört omtänksamma och vänliga. De ställde upp med en stor bbq kväll endast för att min partner fyllde år! De hade även mopeduthyrning så att man enkelt kunde ta sig runt hela Lombok. Boendet var mycket fint, lugnt och avslappnat. Ägaren bjöd på kokosnötter, vilket var mycket snällt. De såg till att man hade det så bra som möjligt hela tiden.

Everything was amazing right from the check in.staff and I mean everyone including the owner Alda,was helpful and accommodating in every way..I recommend TAHLIA VILLA TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO GO TO LOMBOK,AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE AGAIN..THANK YOUR AMAZING STAFF FOR ME ALDA..🙏🙏

Area esterna molto bella

Posizione pessima, in mezzo a un campo di rifiuti dove bruciavano plastica e specialmente isolatissimo. Per cenare siamo andati all’hotel affianco

Top Aufenthalt. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Toller Poolbereich und sehr nah am Strand! Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet! Gerne wieder!!!

Traumhafter Garten, sehr hilfsbereite freundliche Mitarbeiter alles unkompliziert und entspannt!
