Très bel appartement situé au 2ᵉ étage d’une maison partagée avec un autre logement en rez-de-chaussée. L’appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, propre et climatisé dans toutes les pièces, ce qui est très appréciable en été. La décoration est simple mais agréable. La piscine est grande et parfaitement entretenue chaque jour. Le terrain autour de la maison est vaste, idéal pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer en toute sécurité. La maison est un peu excentrée, à environ 10 minutes en voiture du centre d’Alghero et des commerces, donc une voiture est indispensable. Cela dit, l’environnement reste calme et reposant, parfait pour passer une journée entière sur place sans avoir besoin de sortir. Les plages à proximité sont magnifiques et Alghero est une ville charmante, vivante et pleine de caractère. Je recommande ce logement pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis !

Quelques points à noter : le train passe assez près de la maison, ce qui peut occasionner du bruit. De plus, des travaux sont en cours pour la construction d’une route à proximité, ce qui génère du bruit en journée (sauf le vendredi après-midi).

Sehr schönes, großes, modern und bestens ausgestattetes, sauberes Appartement im 1.OG mit Balkon. Wir hatten alles, was wir für eine Woche Urlaub mit Kindern brauchten. Zwei Bäder zu haben, war für uns sehr angenehm. Guiseppe hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles reibungslos, unkomplizierte und zügige Kommunikation. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Auto notwendig, lediglich knapp 10 Minuten bis Alghero, etwa 15 -20 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Strand. Großer, gepflegter, gut temperierter Pool! Sehr angenehm!

Clean apartment with a nice pool. The air conditioning was great as well.

From the very start, the host was very rude to us. There was an outside dining area advertised, but there was nothing. When we moved the table from inside to eat outside, the host prohibited this. The swimming pool is only available from 9:00-19:00, so it is not possible to swim later in the evening. Not much privacy due to the fact that the host sleeps in the same building. Playing uno at 23:00 is apparently a reason for the host telling you we need to be quiet.. We were with 8 people, but there were 5 knives, 7 forks and 7 glasses. I do not recommend it if you want to eat outside and would like to go to sleep after 23:00.

Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to provide recommendations and go out of his way for you. The apartment way extremely spacious and comfortable.

We didnt realise when booking, that pool hadn't opened yet and this was one of our reasons for booking. The property could have done with a few lamps in the living room.
