Luxury City Loft Modern and Elegant

It was very clean, I loved the minimal vibe of the apartment as well, it’s not too far from the old town, the train station and the airport. I would definitely book again!

Honestly, this was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had, even compared to stays in Bratislava. The “Deluxe” in the name is completely misleading. Positives: • The apartment is clean and relatively new. • Great location. • Very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. I arrived late at night and easily found the keys. • There’s a dryer, which is convenient.

Negatives: 1. Heating and Temperature: • There’s only one air conditioner located in the hallway, while the bedroom is in a separate part of the apartment. • As it’s the top floor with attic windows, the bedroom remains freezing despite running the heater at full power. • During my stay, nighttime temperatures dropped to -1°C, and it’s unacceptable that no portable heater was provided. • I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room for the last two nights to avoid freezing, which led to me getting seriously sick. 2. Elevator Issues: • During my 5-6 night stay, the elevator only worked for three days. Since the apartment is on the 5th floor, this was extremely inconvenient. 3. Bathroom: • No bathroom mat, so the floor is uncomfortably cold. • The sink and shower drain were clogged from the moment I arrived, with water draining extremely slowly. 4. Appliances: • The washing machine had either mold or severe grime in the detergent compartment - disgusting to use. 5. Towels: • Only one standard towel and a tiny hand towel (15x15cm) were provided for a week-long stay. • I had to wash them in the dirty machine. Only on the second-to-last day did I discover extra towels hidden inside the sofa (where I ended up sleeping). 6. Other Issues: • The showerhead was broken and lying around, leaving only the hose functional. • Some dishes were dirty, with cups showing coffee or tea stains. (added photo) • The kitchen cabinet had empty bottles left by previous guests. • The frying pan was unusable due to damage.

Very spacious, clean and quiet apartment.

This is an absolutely fabulous place in a convenient location, close to the Old Town and the Mlynské Nivy shopping center/central bus station, making it easy to travel to nearby cities like Vienna or Budapest. The check-in instructions were clear and included pictures. There’s a Tesco Express just around the corner. If you’re a fan of Georgian food, you’ll be pleased to know there’s an amazing spot called Bistro Zepen House just a five-minute walk away, where they serve delicious Georgian cuisine! The apartment was neat, tidy, and equipped with everything one might need, including coffee, sugar, oils, spices, and cleaning supplies. Totally worth the price - I’d definitely return!
