The room is much larger than expected, and the facilities and amenities were well-equipped. It seems like it would be suitable for a long-term stay with the family. The inn is within walking distance of the bus terminal, making it convenient for travelers. The host is kind.

Great host, lovely spot. Nice spacious 2bedroom guest house.

2nd bedroom with no AC had many ants, mattress was only 3inch pads.

4Seasons Holiday Home was an excellent experience and exceeded our expectations. The house was extremely clean with excellent lighting and many fans. You get an entire house with a huge living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, big bedroom with strong AC, big bathroom and huge balcony. The bathroom has hot water, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and a new toothbrush. We had fresh clean towels offered. There is filtered water directly from the tap, as well as multiple bottles of water throughout the house. Janaka and Mali were AMAZING hosts and we felt like they were our Sri Lankan mom and dad. They were so warm and kind, and extremely attentive. There are waterfalls around that you can visit, and of course the gem market is strong. There are various gem markets to visit including cut and polished market and the rough market. We also visited a few mines close by. The town is a 5 min walk away from the house to get anything you need. We would definitely return here when we come back to Ratnapura.

Calm and peaceful setting. I was pleasantly surprised to see the stream behind the property. House had everything needed. Very clean. The hosts are very friendly and very accommodating to my requirements.

Location is very close to the city centre. Wedid not used the breakfast at the location.

It should be clearly noted the address - number 14 of the Road.
