Modern Sea View Villa, Private Pool, Whirlpool, Calm & Beach Near

Het interieur van het huis, het was weinig maar genoeg. het huis is groot maar vanbinnen is het van zo een formaat dat je wel gezellig met elkaar om kan gaan. Ook was de TV heel erg groot en fijn doordat we toegang hadden tot elke streamings dienst en de nintendo switch was ook vermakkelijk.

Ik vond dat er theedoeken in het huis hadden mogen zijn. We moesten improviseren met opruimen. Dit was dus niet fijn maar het was te overzien.

Beautiful villa. So light and spacious, with en suite bathrooms and balconies for every room. It was perfect for our family of six. The villa was so well equipped with everything we needed.

Very little not to like about this property! The only slight downside was its location. Ideally we would not have been able to hear the traffic on the main road and have been slightly closer to Kaštel Stari (only 20 minute walk away but mostly on a road). However, properties of this size and standard in the centre of the town would probably have cost twice as much!

Alles im allen war perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses, das Haus an sich und das Personal welches das Haus übergeben hat. Die Villa ist in einem neuen Zustand und sowohl das Haus als auch der Außenbereich sehr schön. Die Grillecke und die Küche waren ein Traum.

This villa is absolutely perfect - the best you could imagine. Everything is clean, beautifully designed, neat, and feels brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a large group: all kinds of dishes, utensils, appliances, glasses, literally everything is there. The staff is amazing - a very kind and helpful Mihaela was always in touch with us and helped with anything we needed. The pool is fantastic, with seawater - a real bonus! Outside, there is a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 people, which is great for group meals. The only thing for us personally was that we would have liked a bit more soft seating outdoors, for example, a larger sofa or lounge area. At the moment, there’s a small two-person sofa and two armchairs, which is a bit limited for a group of 10 to relax outside all together. There’s also a gas grill. Everything is just super. We will definitely return, we loved it! Excellent value for money. There’s parking as well. Everything is truly at the highest level. 10 out of 10.
