The Cotswold Stowaway, Perfect Luxurious Retreat!

The Stowaway was perfect for our stay. Modern , clean and very comfortable. Lovely touches with the water, milk & wine left in the fridge on arrival and excellent communication from Lee. Property is situated in the heart of the Stow on the Wold with Hotels, restaurants & shops all in walking distance.Couldn’t have asked for more.

The whole experience from booking to looking was exceptional, the stowaway was truly a hidden gem in such a picturesque part of the UK. This apartment is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean, and the cheeky little wine,water and milk was a savour, I had an issue with the electric bed t.v which Lee offered to fix straight away but after some research I found it was user error. 😞 Overall a fantastic experience and Looking forward to staying next year. P.s I've stayed in many different places, but never slept as well as I did here.

Being an upstairs stone building and it was 32 degrees outside it keeps the heat in rather well. I suggest if travelling in peak summer perhaps bring additional fans.

Bed mattress too soft for our taste (but of course this is personal)

Prior to leaving review I had text owner to advise.of points Frying pan - cooker I noticed this point had been raised previously frying pan was marked on base, making cooking very difficult to get any heat. No instructions on how to raise TV on bed or heating controls etc. We didn't use the TV here which was disappointing. Battery floor lamps in lounge, neither working. Tap in bathroom sink hard to use. Side gate to the.shops, as you open stinging nettles.knee high making it difficult to use. The property attached to the accommodation could do with some loving, driveway needs a.clean up, not expected when paying £180 a.night Plus points Bathroom is beautiful.Close.to main amenities. Complimentary pint of milk & two bottles of water a nice gesture.

Everything but especially the bathroom. Underfloor heating was just delicious!!! The shower was amazing too. Never seen a shower like it. The controls for the velux window... Wow! The heating control just brilliant. The bed was super comfy too!!! Everything about it was fabulous.

If there was one thing... The induction hob was a little difficult to get hot but we managed fine.

The studio apartment was very clean, with lots of mod cons. Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you needed. Fantastic location to the town and near a lovely pub. Wine, milk and bottles of water upon arrival were much appreciated!

A welcome guide/ letter would have been nice touch and the shower cubicle was a little slippery so a non slip mat would have been good. Other than that it was perfect!

Beautifully designed

Beautiful little apartment with probably the most gorgeous bathroom I’ve ever seen! Perfectly located for Stow with great parking. It’s got everything you need and even the sofa bed was really comfy to sleep on (a rare thing!). Little touches like milk and wine from the owners make it feel very special. Loved it and the hosts were very welcoming too.

Nothing to dislike at all.

The apartment was very well located walking distance into town, well equipped and great parking. It was everything that we needed for a weekend break plus spotlessly clean.
