"Great room breakfast a let down"

Easy self check-in. Stylish room, comfy, clean & nicely decorated. Seafront view. small balcony with chairs & table separate kitchenette (microwave would have been a nice touch)

had to access room first to obtain.parking permit before we could park. nowhere to hang towels & no shower gel Breakfast didn’t reflect the room. Sharing Breakfast station outside the room shared by 3 other rooms. Noise from other guests from around 8am. Breakfast options minimal. Choice of 3 cereals, yogurt, biscuits & orange juice. So many options to improve & upmarket this. Would have preferred a breakfast box in the room. scaffolding outside not nice to look at but didn’t affect stay (no idea why it’s there)
