**please don’t let the negative reviews put you off!** The lodge is stunning, fab location (approx 10 min walk to main complex), very modern, clean and tidy. Hot tub was fab! We all really enjoyed the shower, water pressure and temp were great. Bedding and towels provided which was a nice touch, plenty of space for family of 6. Amazing views of the lakes and castle! We had a lovely long weekend stay for my daughter’s birthday. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by Tracey who was lovely and sorted our guest passes out. These are required to do anything on the park so be mindful of booking things in advance.

Cutlery/crockery not clean, some seemed to have been put away completely unwashed so everything we used had to be washed first, very minor issue for us though and I appreciate this is not on the owners but the sites maintenance team, maybe something to feed back to them so they are aware.

Lovely caravan everything you needed was there , clean and not to far from everything, you could definitely see and hear the Jets taking off !

I am totally shocked with the customer service. Not only Was we not told we have to pay an extra 130 On arrival to even use any facilities, but when we left we was hounded by phone from the so called owner , because the towels was wet . Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. This man threatened 2 single young mums and continued to send threats . I would avoid . He’s clearly not Safe and is just a fraudulent person !!!! KEEP WELL AWAY !!! To this day he hasn’t even sent proofs of leaving his caravan a pigs den . Because we used his towels. We are responsible and respectful hard working people and would never leave any damage or rubbish . I am shocked and will be taking further action! AVOID

The hot tub was very nice to relax in and the mobile home was very clean and comfortable
