It’s a very new neighborhood, still under construction so the road that leads up to the place is bumpy but ok. Not a deal breaker. What did bother me was that there was no signal AT ALL. Zero cellular data. We were all unable to communicate. The rooms had WiFi but some of the rooms were unable to connect. We were able to thankfully but I had to go knock on my friend’s door if i needed to ask her anything. On the last day the power and running water went out at 5 am in the area. It was the day we checked out so I left without being able to brush teeth, wash face and do my hair with hair dryer/curler. I showered the night before thankfully. My friend has a sleep apnea machine and it turned off so she was unable to sleep after that. That’s how we know at what time it went out. Anyways. Besides that everything was fine. The shower head in my room needs to be replaced. It’s rusty and a little broken. I liked that it was a rain shower head . The rooms have little light. I wish the bathroom had more light but I mean… it isn’t a deal breaker.
