Beautiful setting, good location and friendly helpful staff.

Not having a key to the main door to get in. The staff were usually quick to answer but when later at night as a small hotel you felt might disturb other guests with the bell.

They are above and beyond. The kindness is unbelievable.

What there is not to like???

We had a great time in hotel! Lovely room, great breakfasts on the terrace. Very very very hospitable staff! Special thanks to Amal - he organised for us 2 transfers, early breakfast! I would like to come back!!

The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were very tidy clean.

There was no separation between the bedroom and the bathroom and it was a bit uncofortable when sharing with friends

Breakfast was amazing! They can serve it at the rooftop or downstairs, wherever you prefer. You can let them know the time you want your breakfast and they will arrange it accordingly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amal, the guest relations manager was available via whatsapp all the time and was very helpful. The riad was beautiful, spacious bed.

There is no helpdesk. Found it difficult to get hold of any staff in the evening/night. The main door lock was a bit tricky to open with the key given to us, rang the bell and knocked on the door for 10-15 mins until another guest let us in.

The property was beautiful and quite modern with a traditional feel. The concierge was attentive, helpful, and friendly! Breakfast on the roof top was a real treat for the beginning of the day.

My only complaint was the rooms location. My room was on the ground floor, right next to the front door and foot traffic.

The riad was in a good location, close to the souks and main areas in the medina. It was very clean and peaceful and the staff were very attentive, especially Aziz who took care of us throughout our stay

Only downside was that the pillows were a little hard but other than that it was a 10/10 stay

The traditional feel and decoration were beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious.

It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms instead of the kitchen. As there was no onsite manager we would have liked maybe a book of information about the property’s history , facilities and maps etc. The only book about our room was in German.
