Rooms were not clean. Swimming pool not clean

Staff was very helpful

The road to reach the properly from the main road is very narrow and off road. Only 1 car can go inside the property at a time. You should call the property official while entering so that other cars from opposite don’t come in at the same time.

Hospitality of staff

Location of the Resort. It is situated in proper hill and forest. You can actually see the water flowing in between resorts rooms. Igloo rooms looks nice from outside. Small water sprinkler in swimming was main attraction.

1. Swimming pool was not clean. It's 5ft depth and shorter ppl can get in. 2. No proper information on timing for tea/snacks. 3. Food was not up to the mark. 4. No good amenities to play and enjoy. Only cricket and badminton was there with broken rackets. 5. No proper smoking area, ppl were smoking and drinking beside the pool. 6. Rooms were not equipped with towel and cloth hangers. 7. Approach is not proper and very difficult to reach resort if the vehicle is big.

The hotel is nicely located in the middle of the jungle on the hilltop.

The rooms were not clean.they were Infested with ants. The rooms were smelling intensely due to the usage of bathroom fragrance everywhere inside the unit. The photos of igloo cottage is what draws attraction, but the remaining villa cottages are poor.
