The toilet unable flush. No room service to clean the room. Unable to contact staff

The location was great. It was within walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, and famous restaurants Bak Kut Teh Mickey Mouse 66 and Acia Ikan Bakar. Wifi was quite stable. Room was big enough for a family of 4. Toiletries, snacks and cup noodles were provided.

The property manager didn't reply to messages until the staff from Booking.com contacted the manager. There was a dead cockroach in one of the cabinet. The bed sheets had a bad smell. Pretty sure they were not freshly changed. The shower/toilet had zero hooks. It was extremely inconvenient when taking a shower. Only 1 access card was provided and you need it to use the elevator. There were quite a few noisy guests in the other units. No door latch for you to lock the door from inside. Anybody with password could unlock the door, and the password was written on the outside of an envelope. Not exactly safe.

Everything just fine

It’s quite a worthwhile stay considering the pricing. Very good to have all family members in the room. Location is very convenient . There is a swimming pool too.

The water heater is not really working well. Was working fine but after a while water turn cold. Also should have a shower curtain to prevent very wet everywhere .
