Vila Pico da Torre Apartment

Location is excellent, away from the hustle of Funchal yet accessible to many great places including the fantastic restaurant 3 houses down. Entire apartment was very clean. Host is also welcoming and very responsive.

Outdated small electrics, absence of fan/ac during unusually hot end-of-May stay, although bathrooms are very clean theres bothersome sewer smell that circulate in the bedrooms.

Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. Sypialnie z łazienkami, sporo wspólnej przestrzeni oraz piękny widok z tarasu. Łóżka wygodne. Wszystko zadbane oraz czyste. Mieszkanie nieco dalej od centrum ale za to tuż obok znanej w mieście restauracji serwującej przepyszne jedzenie.

Jedyne do czego możnaby się przyczepić to nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w 2 z 3 łazienek.

We stayed in the apartment in March, and it was really cold inside, mainly on rainy days. The owner did quickly provide a portable heater, but it could only heat one room at most, so we ended up using just one room in the large apartment. Parking in front of the building was often full, so we have to park far away. There was a strong odor in the third bathroom.
