Posizione ottima strategica, a metà strada fra la stazione ferroviaria ed il centro, stanza pulita ed accogliente.

A ground floor apartment in a lovely historic building, centrally located for all the tourist sites and the railway station.

The conversion to create the apartment has a few drawbacks. A modern bathroom has been inserted and oddly has the stair to the upstairs apartments visible through a frosted glass screen so you see shapes moving while you brush your teeth. There is little sound insulation between apartments and you can hear lots of noises. Probably the worst thing is there is no coffee machine.

The location is perfect very central minutes from the basilica and ten minute walk to the train station. The property looks like the photos presented which is always good. The bed is comfortable there is space and in principle it is quiet with the exception of sometimes listening the floor above

There are some bits small which if they were included in the property it would be perfect. Dustbin in the main room, a fridge, a kettle, and the shower cabin better maintained these would contribute significantly in upgrading further the stay. Also if there was a bit flexibility in the first entrance time that would be great.

The facilities were 👌, as was the positioning.

The lack of the ubiquitous small comforts - from the less than a quarter-full soap dispensers, leftover by the former guests, and/or toothbrush holder to the absence of a corkscrew and wine glasses, next to a €1500.00+ Liebherr Vinothek piece of equipment - was painfully brought into focus by the owners' less than courteous behaviour of a Generation Zilch agent representative when asked to address these issues. The looming eviction threat for daring to bring up such matters gave us a sour taste of being unwelcome as if we were the lucky beneficiaries of a Booking.com lottery that serendipitously got to sample the aristocrats' palatial surroundings. https://youtu.be/gywieHMCFTE?feature=shared

Perfect location. Close to train station, main square and shopping street. Easy to check-in and out. Price/performance is optimal. Property owner/manager was easy to reach. I would consider staying there again.

Apartment could have been cleaner. Especially inside the drawers. There was a weird smell inside, not intense but noticeable. They should have left at least a bottle of water and glasses in the room. Little bit more attention to detail is required.

The decoration was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable
