Location was perfect, very convenient to do everything downtown.

Couple of small issue. When the host sent the instructions the format on my phone was too small to even recognize it was pictures and instructions. The check in procedure had some hiccups. There wasn't a way to go from the main parking garage to the unit without the key fob to get into the main building, which you don't have access to until you get into the unit. This made unloading the vehicle in the garage and carting all our stuff a little frustrating. I would recommend dropping someone off at the front door sending them up to unit for key fobs and parking passes, then having that person meet you in the garage. Which brings us to another issue. The instructions clearly stated pick up parking pass on counter and place on the mirror of your vehicle or risk getting towed. When we finally made it into the apartment there was no parking tag. So we started opening up all the drawers and cabinets in the off chance someone put it away. And unfortunately stumbled on to a stash of Marijuana left in the unit. Then the host asked me to go to another unit to grab the parking pass out of that unit for my vehicle. So the check in process was a bit of a shit show. Once we got settled everything went fine. The unit is as was advertised. Patio on this unit is fantastic.

Everything was great. The attention to detail was superb. The location was amazing. The cleaning crew even left little designs on the folded toilet paper and paper towels...so cute. Luis was very good about responding quickly and provided lots of details that were informative.

I have no complaints, they really did an outstanding job. Although, sone feedback for the cleaning crew...leave more toilet paper. The 2.5 rolls for 3 people for 3 nights is not quite enough, specially when we are all females. But other than that, all was superb.

The apartment was in a great central location. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable

The one bathroom in a bedroom was not suitable for a group of five. Access to the outdoor balcony was through the upstairs bedroom so also not ideal for a group. The pool was closed on Monday for no apparent reason, we saw no cleaning or maintenance carried out.

Δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετο για εφτά άτομα όπως έλεγε στην περιγραφή. Είχε μόνο μια τουαλέτα που βρίσκονταν μέσα στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο(αυτό δεν αναφερόταν πουθενά), οπότε για δύο οικογένειες όπως είμασταν εμείς αυτό δεν μπορούσε να λειτουργήσει οπότε το ένα ζευγάρι πλήρωσε και άλλο ξενοδοχείο για να βολευτούμε. Επίσης το στρώμα του καναπέ που γίνονταν κρεβάτι και προοριζόταν για τρία άτομα, ούτε άνετο ήταν, και ήταν και βρώμικο.

Das Penthouse ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer normalen Wohnung ebenfalls benötigt: schöne und ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher für Badezimmer und Pool, gut riechendes Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung, alle möglichen Gläser, schicke Teller, Schüsseln, Pfannen, etc, welche zum Frühstücken und auch mal zum Kochen benötigt werden. Geliebt haben wir den neuwertigen großen Klappkühlschrank mit Gefrierlade und Eiswürfel-Maker. Von der gemütlichen Couch aus haben wir Netflix, etc. geschaut und den Anblick der tollen Küche und des Luftraumes in den oberen Stock genossen. Der offene Wohnraum hat viele Fenster (mit Rollo) mit Ausblick nach Downtown und auf den River-Walk. Man geht übrigens entlang des Rivers zu Fuß gemütlich ca 30 Minuten bis zum berühmten Riverwalk mit den Restaurants, mit dem E-Fahrrad (welche vor der Haustüre angeboten werden) wäre man natürlich um vieles schneller da. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer fühlte sich beim Hinsetzen zuerst sehr weich an, man schlief jedoch dann himmlisch in der angenehmen Bettwäsche. Das Bad ist mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer verbunden. Das 2. Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock haben wir nicht genutzt. Dadurch erreicht man übrigens die große Terrasse, welche ja der Grund für unsere Buchung war - einfach wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang neben der Downtown San Antonio zu beobachten und den Abend zu genießen!! Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Ein wenig Schatten gibt es immer, für uns aber kein Grund dort nicht zu übernachten: die Teppiche in den langen Fluren des Gebäudes sind stark verschmutzt und riechen unangenehm. Manche Hausbewohner halten einem bewusst die Türe nicht auf, vermutlich um Eindringlinge zu verhindern, aber trotzdem unangenehm. Der Clicker für die Garage hat nicht funktioniert (der Host hat Hilfe angeboten) wir konnten aber immer hinter einem anderen Auto in die Garage fahren.

The view was fantastic, The entry and parking was phenomenal. I highly recommend staying at the location if you are doing any type of business and would like to stay somewhere quiet yet lavish. The location is absolutely wonderful and it is near some fantastic districts that provide exceptional dining.
