King apartments in Orbi city

Room’s sea view and apartment location close the beach and other facilities

It’s a terrible place to stay even for one night. There is always mess at any time of the day at the reception or to take elevator. It takes 7-10 min to get to the room from 1st floor to upper floors by elevator. There were two cut-off of electricity for 1-2 hours during our 6 nights staying. Nobody from the staff gave any warnings or apologize for cut-off. Your keycard to the room can stop working any time and you need to go down to the reception from 41st floor to the first floor to activate the key card. During our stay there was no any cleaning or something like that. The absence of soap or any supplies for the toilet or bathroom inside the room. Air conditioner was working loudly and you couldn’t sleep normally. And so on. The conclusion is to avoid this place for sure or you will be very disappointed in case of thinking you are lucky to book it by lower price.

Красивая комната, большое зеркало, есть стиральная машина, микроволновка, быстро подобрали нам жилье когда кинул предыдущий хозяин с арендой.

Разложили кушетку, она была в крошках и волосах, было очень неприятно. Мусорного ведра под раковиной не оказалось. 3 раза просили дать еще комплект белья, так и не принесли, спала на моем пляжном покрывале. В ванной нашла еще одно полотенце, хотела постелить на пол, оно оказалось все в чужих волосах. Сушилка для одежды вся ржавая. В общем, уборщице точно 2 балла, персоналу за отсутствие белья 3.
