Appartamento nuovo,pulito, ordinato.E' fornito di utensili da cucina, pentole,padelle, macchina del caffè.E'arredato in maniera funzionale,ci sono 3 tv, ventilatori ovunque.Il bagno nuovissimo.

Essendo posizionato in centro città ci sono rumori di auto e persone che discutono dalla strada.
