IN1. AC was intentionally turned off through the night. When we asked the caretaker, he confessed that the owner had instructed him to turn off AC during night. The excuse was given of powercut, but even in generators they wouldn't turn on AC even when nights are hot. 2. There were no basic toiletries in washroom. Not even soap. The towels were unclean 3. The rooms were basic and appliances not working well 4. They took money for AC room but refused to refund any amount when we protested that if AC was not available, then we should pay for non AC 5. Owner was not available over calls for any support through this. Because of all this we checked out at 2 am in the morning
