"Very modern, comfortable room severely let down by no physical reception area and poor breakfast option for tourists."

The location and cleanliness

The breakfast, the noise from locals hanging around outside. The kettle didn’t automatically switch off and couldn’t detach from wall to fill up with water. Lights Annoyingly switch on with the littlest of movement while asleep. Quite a stressful check-in as never see host and doesn’t speak English.
