It was filthy. Dirt everywhere. Up the walls, carpet stained. Bedding obviously not washed. No toilet roll. I did contact them and they did exchange rooms

Towels had the hair of the previous user

It was nice and good for money value

Just that the lock safe outside was hard

Bed was comfortable.

Shared kitchen OK but on going down for breakfast found that another guest had used our bread, butter, milk and had taken a yoghurt. They had left on the table left over toast. The outside door to the kitchen had been left open. Checked outside and nobody was there. Messaged the owner but had no response. Our. Second night was disturbed by a couple arguing and swearing outside bedroom doors and could also hear a child's voice. The man sounded drunk. This went on for about 1 hour. Didn't feel safe to open our door and ask them to be quiet. Next morning went down to the kitchen to make breakfast and a letter left on the table had been opened and bits of tobacco and weed left on table. Again back door although shut this time was unlocked. Both mornings we left and the front door was unlocked. We had been provided with the key code for the front door but didn't need to use it. The owner obviously not bothered but anyone could have walked in to that property. We didn't stay for the 3rd night as was worried what would happen. There are no cups in the kitchen or glasses or tumblers to drink out of. Frying pan and oven dishes used but hadn't been washed and could tell they had been there for a few days. Definitely would not recommend and this is the first time we have experienced anything like this through booking.com and will think twice about booking anythijng like this again.
