The property and facilities are great. Breakfast is well prepared, prices are fair.

If i have to nitpick, there is no airco but to be honest the appartments were cool and great even with 40 degrees.

Location is exceptional especially for those nature enthusiasts. Rooms are highly finished, more looking like a flatlet rather than a hotel room. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of local delicacies. It was a pity we stayed over for 1 night only. Simply perfect.

Upon arrival the place felt very modern. Check in was easy and the people were very friendly and helpful. It was almost like a little apartment, with lounge, bathroom and bedroom. Also there was a lovely big fridge in the lounge. It was very well located between Caprarola and Viterbo. The facilities were great with a gorgeous swimming pool, play area for kids and work out space.

The cupboards in the living room were locked, which was frustrating, we lost packing space. They have an enormous fridge but no microwave or something to warm things up and there were not a lot of dinner options in the area. Also we were not advised where to discard our rubbish, so it just piled up even with the room being serviced. Would have been nice if they'd included it at check-in.

Beautiful location. Everything in the apartment was in perfect order. The pool, the whole environment is clean and up to a high standard. We used this location to visit places in the area. Rome, Terni, the beach. This location is a bit remote, but gives a wonderful place to rest after the touristic visits! Owners were very helpful, friendly and speak English very well!

If there is one thing to complain about, it's the bed. It is comfortable enough, but if you are tall like me (near 2 meters), it may be a bit short. (but still very adequate for a couple of nights)
