Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung. Davide und seine Mutter haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und grundsätzlich den Bildern. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage war ein großes Plus für uns. Ebenso wie der Garagenplatz für den PKW. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Das Umfeld ist leider recht laut, auch am Abend und in der Nacht, wobei insbesondere das häufige Hundegebell gestört hat. Daran muss man sich gewöhnen.

"Uno splendido week end di fuga dalla città"

Esperienza ottima! L’accoglienza è stata più delle aspettative, Davide è venuto a farci il check in di persona e ci ha spiegato la casa ma anche i posti da visitare anche se in pochi giorni. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, pulita e ben organizzata. Davvero comodo anche il parcheggio auto coperto. Torneremo sicuro prima della fine dell’estate!

The apartment has an own parking space in the garage, which you can lock.

There was no coffee machine for filter coffee. Only a Lavazza espresso machine.

"When in Santa Margherita, stay at Davide’s !"

Santa Margherita was such a great pick for our vacation. You get to visit Portofino, Rapallo, and other cute spots nearby all while experiencing the slow life rythme. Davide was a great host ! He made sure the apartment was ready as early as possible to allow us to check in comfortably. The flat itself was perfect, clean, had everything you could need, from coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having our breakfast on the porch every morning. We had a car so Davide provided his garage inside which was so convenient. A truly great experience and we won’t hesitate to come back to Santa Margherita again :D thanks for everything Davide !

"Great homely apartment with secure parking and 10 minutes from local amenities."

Met by Davide who showed us the garage and then the apartment. Recommended a couple of nearby restaurants and Trattoria san siro was excellent. Comfortable beds, everything you could need. Like staying at a friend's home.

Some external noise but nothing to stop us staying again.
