Royal Palms Tres KCD Vacation House

Very big and beautiful house. Even though the door knob was missing, had dead bolt lock only, felt pretty safe. Wilma, the caretaker, was so sweet and nice and very helpful. I would stay again but was disappointed that it says private pool when there is not one. That was my number 1 reason for booking this house.

Ad said private pool but there was not one. Had to walk 2 to 3 minutes to the community pool which was shared by other residents in the division. I might be wrong but I thought private meant exclusive for us, not everyone in the community together. Internet was hit or miss, so couldn't really watch TV. Every place I stay at in the philippines has bottled water for guests, this place does not. Says 5 bedrooms but only 4. 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. Only upstairs rooms have air-conditioners. Balcony would have been nice to enjoy but no chairs or anything to sit on. I really loved the place, even though it sounds like I didn't. I was just more disappointed that there was no private pool, as we were excited to spend peaceful times swimming together with out a bunch of strangers around. Couch had a big stain on it. I took videos of the outside, to show no private pool but I can't post any videos. It is far to stores or you can walk 5 minutes or so to some very nice restaurants.
