Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Lage von Finale Ligure, wobei das Zentrum/Meer aber ohne Probleme innerhalb von 8-10 Minuten erreichbar ist.

"Un soggiorno rilassante in una mansarda da sogno"

Mansarda stupenda, ben arredata e attrezzata e molto silenziosa. Il proprietario e il personale tutti disponibili e gentilissimi. Fanno anche pulizia settimanale dell'appuntamento compresa nel prezzo se si fanno due o più settimane. La posizione è buona, si arriva in paese e alle spiagge in circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. L'unica cosa è che l'ultimo pezzo è leggermente in salita e poi bisogna fare 3 piani a piedi, per cui può risultare un po' difficoltoso soprattutto nelle ore centrali della giornata, perché la strada da fare è quasi tutta al sole in quegli orari. Per il resto tutto perfetto, c'è anche il posto auto compreso nel prezzo. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e, dovessimo tornare a Finale, sceglieremmo di sicuro di nuovo questa struttura.

Location and the whole neighbourhood was nice and close to the old part of the Town and the beach.

The flat was very clean and modern and quiet and in a good location - approximately 10 mins from the beach. Parking was super convenient and safe and right in front of the house.

Visiting in December, the flat was overall a bit cold with a rather low maximum shower temperature and heaters that we could not get to work reliably.

"Perfect location for quiet nights and exploring the city"

The location was perfect. Peaceful, but still a few minutes walk to the beach and all the entertainment. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It gets quite hot, because it is on the top floor, but there was air conditioning in every room, so for us it was not a problem.
