Exelente servicio lo que más m gustó la piscina la limpia señora muy amable y el dueño atienden con el mejor servicio que se puede decir nuevamente regresaré lo recomiendo al 100 x 100

No me gustó q las fotos están retocadas , la piscina no estaba operativa y la señora no estaba para recibir a la gente en la entrada , llamé y llamé y no salió nadie tuve q dar la vuelta y entrar x el patio. Las fotos no tienen nada q ver con el aspecto real del lugar . Me disculpan pero hay q ser honestos

Only things I can say good about this place was that the two ladies that do check ins and housekeeping were nice and there was usually pretty decent WiFi.

More than half the time I had no running water, meaning I couldn’t cook without buying two liter bottles, I couldn’t flush the toilet (which by the way I had to use the common toilet the one in my room was broken), I couldn’t always shower, I couldn’t wash my hands, dishes, etc. also a guy who may or may not have been the owner, idk, short changed me. I paid with $100 when I arrived he gave me a $20 and tried to say it was $77 when on this app it shows $70. Another point, during the night of one my stays, there was a super loud party raging on at their pool until like 3 in the morning obviously causing me some sleep issues. Sorry but I feel like I’m doing everyone on this app a disservice if I don’t make this known. Ownership doesn’t know the meaning of the word hospitality and I have to say this is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room smells like smoke. The interior is very outdated and is in poor condition. Not very clean, hard to open the entrance door. There Are stickers all over the bathroom from guests. Does not look very well kept. We had a window to the hallway which was very annoying when the fan was on because you could see in.
